| Prabhat Industries has been delivering high-quality rubber products to
American industry for over 10 years. During that time Prabhat has served, and
continues to serve, a diverse clientele ranging from pipe manufacturers to the
sprinkler and automotive industries.
Its first rubber metal bonded parts were introduced in 1991 to a customer in
Texas. Since then Prabhat has grown steadily by broadening its product lines,
increasing its manufacturing capabilities, and expanding its base of customers.
Prabhat’s continuing commitment to research and testing is a fundamental
element of its aggressive growth plans. The experience and expertise of
Prabhat’s engineering department ensures that all parts are manufactured to
exact specifications.
Prabhat’s Quality Assurance begins with the use of only the highest quality
materials and extends through its upgraded mixing capabilities. Prabhat’s
control and oversight of the critical mixing process insures both superior
quality and consistency. Detailed records are maintained for both test and
production batches and begin back with the procurement of raw materials from
Prabhat suppliers. We reject any defects, so you don't have to!
Prabhat’s processing capabilities extend through Natural rubber and into all of
the synthetic elastomers, including neoprene, EPDM, BUNA-N, Silicone, VITON®, and Hypalon®.
