Quality Control managers use techniques that identify,
reduce and control material and production variations to achieve optimum product
uniformity and reliability. "Zero-Defects" is our goal.
To achieve our high level of production quality, a rigid system of quality
assurance governs all operations at Prabhat Industries. This system is based on
ISO 9002 policies and procedures. Product dimension tolerances are based on
Rubber Manufacturers Association (RMA) handbook for molded, cast and extruded
products.
